Trying to learn how to do a Full Planch? The keys to a perfect Full Planch are strength, flexibility, and practice. This video lays out the fundamentals to get a perfect Full Planch.

 

Of course, there are a lot of ways to do a Full Planch, and various people will tell you that different methods are the "best." That's fine, but this is the progressions we've used to teach our students. Give it a try.

Como Hacer Un Front Lever

La palanca frontal es un movimiento que requiere la tensión de todo el cuerpo, pero principalmente recluta a sus músculos de la base y los dorsales. Retraer su escápula cuando se realiza la palanca frontal. Mantenga sus omóplatos deshacen y metidos pulg inclinarse hacia atrás como que estás haciendo la palanca frontal. Su cuerpo debe estar completamente recto. Debe ser capaz de ir por lo menos 10 a 15 pull ups, 10-15 aumentos de la rodilla, y 8 aumentos de la pierna antes del entrenamiento para la palanca frontal.
