CEI Workout class schedule consists of:

 

  • Calisthenics Technique: In this class we forge you into a real "Bar Athlete"! Learn all the progressions to the advanced calisthenics movementssuch as the Muscle Up, the Human Flag, Front Lever, Back Lever, One Arm Pull-up, Bar Hand Stand Push-up, Bar Hop, 360 Muscle Up and much more!

  • Calisthenics Battle Class: In this class we use every movement and technique you've gathered from our training and classes such as the "Calisthenics technique" class and engage in friendly competition as you work out and "battle" other members of Calisthenics Evolution Institute. This class encourages you to try something new as well as brings our members closer together as they challenge each other and discover how to apply the functional movements previously learned.

  • Whole Body Workout: In this class we use body weight exercises to work out the entire body from upper body, abdominals, to lower body. Great for all fitness levels.

  • CrossCore: In this class we use a device called “CrossCore.” Similar to “TRX Bands”, this device is on a rotational pulley system, forcing your body to engage its Stabilizing muscles. Perfect for toning the body and developing definition.

  • ABS Workout: In this class we go through one full hour of intense abdominal workouts. Great for those seeking the perfect Six Pack!

  • ABS and Legs Workout: In this class we workout our Legs and Core with calisthenics movements and body weight exercises.

  • Legs Workout: In this class we focus on toning and sculpting Legs with calisthenics and body weight exercises.

  • Strength and Rep Building: In this class we focus on building your strength and repetitions, increasing your performance.

  • Upper Body Workout: In this class we target every muscle in the upper body.

  • Balance Technique Workout: In this class we focus on building balance in your technique and body such as in Handstands.
